Planet Earth contains an infinite variety of landscapes, but in southern Utah random geologic events have conspired to create rare, beautiful and inspiring consequences. The mighty Colorado River, aided by the arid erosion cycle, has waged battle across the eons with the sandstone strata and fashioned landscapes so unique and bizarre that they are more redolent of an extra-terrestrial origin.

Southern Utah has more National Parks than any other place in the USA, and also many state parks. It is a rare moment on this tour when there is no spectacular scenery to view from the vehicle. On the tour we visit Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef National Park, Valley of the Gods, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Monument Valley, Zion National Park and many other weird and wonderful destinations.

I have added Death Valley to the itinerary of this tour. Death Valley is in eastern California, but only a short drive from Las Vegas where the tour begins and ends. The Valley is noted for its beautiful scenery and for hosting the hottest, driest & lowest (280 feet below sea-level) locations in North America.

The price covers all transportation, accommodation, entry fees and guiding. It does NOT include meals, except that most of our hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. Tour begins and ends in Las Vegas.
